Before I get to the main conclusion, I'll just ask and answer a question. Why would I recommend that you go to the oral law believing gentile? Why do I repeatedly refer to Talmudic Jews and Noahides who accept the divinity of the oral law?
Well, my short time on this planet has taught me some things. One thing it has taught me is that believing in the oral law does not condemn a person to some horrible punishment. In fact, I personally have seen those who hold to the oral law to bring forth totally wonderful explanations of scripture and life. Whether it be a Talmudic Jew, or a Noahide, you can learn so much real truth from them. A few of our conclusions may be different, but, on a whole, our goal is the same: to spread truth and morality under the banner of the one true Transcendant Authority, the Deity of Israel, and the Creator of the universe.
I have no reason or motivation to just give my point alone as though I'm a single authority when there are others, much more qualified than me, who can teach and explain things a whole lot better, and who do so for us non-Jews. I have no reason to consign a person to the wilderness of what appears to be the viewpoint of the majority of Karaism (the Karaites), where either you are in and become a fully naturalised-Jew and become a part of the Mosaic covenant, or you are out there, a non-Israelite; and although they may spend a few seconds thinking about if there is any righteousness for the outside world, they are more concerned with themselves and teachings for themselves, as Jews. I would prefer that the non-Israelite, the gentile, thrive amongst the Noahides and learn solid ways of righteousness and morality, rather than be more of an outsider amongst the Karaites. I have no ill-will towards the Karaites, and I believe they've got a whole lot of truth that can be learnt, studied and enjoyed. And anyone who wishes to go along the path of becoming a full Jew is free to do so however they wish, whether Talmudic or Karaite. But until then, I want to show people the way of righteousness for the nations, so that we can all help, Israel and the world, in making this globe a place of divinity and wisdom.
Hmmm...
So what was this? What was all this? What was the point? Was there a point?
OF COURSE, THERE WAS A POINT!!!
For anybody in creation to have the idea that they don't have a role or purpose in this world is to be grossly inaccurate and terribly wrong! For anyone to say that the Almighty only cares for Israel and the rest of the nations can do whatever they want is to be both foolish and unscriptural! And I am unapologetic on that one!
Dear reader, Israel does have an important role to play in our world, and let us not forget that! And if you haven't learned that yet, then please find the time and learn. But we, as non-Jews, also have a Creator, the same Creator. And with that very point, right there, we have a relationship. If you are here and in existence, it is for no other reason than that the Almighty willed you to be here. And if you are in his will, that means that you have a purpose. There, you already have a potential relationship and a purpose. My question to you is what will you do?
Here I have listed ways how you could cement that relationship and fulfil your purpose. I've given resources for you to go away and study elsewhere and find conclusions. I've never said that I am an infallible prophet or even a perfect man, so you shouldn't base your understanding on my words. But you are in the position to make this world a better place. And not only that, you can make YOUR world a better place by living in his purpose for you. The Almighty Supreme Being is your Creator, so you can choose to walk in his ways and have a share in his blessings. I never said nor will I ever say that it is easy. What valuable thing in life is easy? But it is fulfilling.
I hope I can just encourage you, as a gentile, to think again, or to draw a little closer to your Deity, or to just take him more seriously. Or I hope that you would be challenged to change something in your life for the better, or to begin to.
Either way, the choice, my friend, is yours!
May the Almighty have mercy on me for any mistakes in this series, and may He light the path and bless all of those who search for and accept His truth.
